Information you choose to send
The lawn quote form collects the contact and property details you enter, such as your name, phone number, optional email, street address, city, requested services, preferred frequency, contact preference and notes. You may also upload yard photos.
The purpose is to understand the request and allow Happy Grass to respond.
Keep unnecessary private details out
Please do not upload identification documents, financial information or unrelated personal records. Avoid faces, license plates and private codes in yard photos. If access requires sensitive instructions, mention that they need to be arranged and discuss them directly with Happy.
Where requests go
Form submissions are stored in the website’s form system and configured to notify the Happy Grass business inbox. The site uses the business hosting server for storage and email handling.
Uploaded files are configured for restricted access; only send material that is appropriate for reviewing the lawn request.
Website operation
Hosting systems may record ordinary technical information such as request times, IP addresses, requested URLs and error information for operation and security. WordPress may use necessary cookies, particularly for administration or authenticated features.
Call, text and quote-link click events may be placed in a browser data layer without including the form’s private contents. That event configuration alone does not mean an external analytics service is active.
Your contact preference
Submitting the form asks Happy Grass to contact you about the service request. It is not an automatic enrollment in an unrelated marketing list.
Provide a working contact method and tell Happy if you need to correct details or change how you want to be reached.
Questions, corrections and removal requests
Contact Happy Grass at info@happygrasslawncarellc.com or (504) 339-3571 to ask about your submission. Identify the request without sending additional sensitive information. Records may also exist in ordinary operational backups; this page does not promise immediate deletion from every retained copy.
